What we store
A hash of your account token (not the token itself), your balance and its changes, the numbers you bought with the SMS they received, your top-ups with their blockchain transaction, your support messages, and basic request data: IP address, browser type, language and the page you first opened.
Why
To run your account, show your numbers and codes, add payments, answer support, prevent abuse and keep the service working.
SMS content
SMS received on your numbers are stored so you can read them in your history. Staff look at them only to answer your support requests or to deal with abuse.
Sharing
We share data only with the suppliers needed to provide a number (the app and country you chose), with the payment system that watches for your top-up, or when the law requires it.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in and one remembers your language. There are no advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting
Records are kept while your account is in use and as long as needed for payments and abuse handling. Ask Support to have your account closed.
