No SMS, full refund
If no SMS arrives on a number before its 20 minute countdown ends, the full price returns to your balance automatically.
Canceling
You can cancel a number 120 seconds after buying it, as long as no SMS has arrived. The full price returns to your balance.
No number available
If there is no number for your choice when you buy, the price returns to your balance at once.
After an SMS arrives
Once an SMS arrives, the number counts as used and is not refunded, even if the app later refuses the code. More SMS to the same number during the countdown cost nothing extra.
Balance
Refunds go to your TODAY SMS balance. Balances do not expire. Balances are not paid out in crypto or cash, except where a top up was clearly sent by mistake; write to Support with the top-up code.
Top-ups
A top-up is added once the exact amount arrives at the address made for it and, where needed, after a check by our staff. Payments of a different amount or on another network may take longer to check or may be lost. Write to Support with the top-up code if a payment is not added.
