Voice verification for services that skip SMS

Some services give the code in a call instead of SMS, or switch to a call after a few failed SMS. In those cases too, receive the code on the same screen.

Voice verification features

  • Codes from calls as text

We pick out just the number code from the service's call and show it as text. No need to listen to the call yourself.

  • Replay the recording

We are preparing call recordings you can replay on your numbers screen, in case the code was hard to hear.

  • Waits while the number is open

After you get the number, it waits for the call for a set time and shows any code that comes in right away.

  • Same balance as SMS verification

One topped-up balance covers SMS verification, number rental, voice verification and email verification.

  • Receive through the API too

We are preparing the API so you can get numbers, read codes and cancel with the same API key as for one-time numbers.

  • Numbers from many countries

Choose the country the service accepts from numbers in the US, UK, Canada and Europe.

SMS verification vs voice verification: what is the difference?

Both are one-time verifications received on a virtual number. Choose SMS verification if the service sends the code by SMS, and voice verification if it reads it out in a call.

What is a voice verification number?

Voice verification is when a service gives you the verification code in a phone call instead of SMS. When you answer, an automated voice reads out the number code two or three times, and you enter it on the sign-up screen to finish. A voice verification number is a virtual number that takes this call for you.

TODAY SMS voice verification answers calls to the number, turns the digits in the call into text and shows them on your numbers screen. You never need to take the call yourself, just copy the code from the screen and enter it.

Which services send codes by phone call?

Many big services, such as Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Discord, PayPal, Uber, Signal and Viber, send codes by call as well as SMS. Some let you choose a call from the start, and others show a "Call me" button after a few failed SMS.

Services where SMS verification kept failing sometimes go through once you switch to voice verification. Whether call codes are offered can vary by country and time even for the same service, so get a voice verification number when you see the option to receive a call on the sign-up screen.

How do I receive voice verification?

The steps are almost the same as SMS verification.

  • Choose the service and country, then tap Get a number.
  • Enter the number on the service's sign-up screen and choose "Get code by call".
  • When the service calls the number, TODAY SMS takes the call and turns the code into text.
  • Copy the code from your numbers screen into the sign-up screen and you are done.

How is the voice verification price set?

Voice verification has one price per number for each country, starting at $0.20 right now. In the same country the price is the same for every service. The amount is taken from your balance when you tap Get a number.

Top up with 12 crypto methods including USDT, and use your balance for SMS verification, number rental and email verification too.

Which services can I use it for?

Use it for services that send codes by call, such as Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Discord, PayPal, Uber, Signal and Viber. If the sign-up screen offers a call option, you can use it.
